For one night only, Chef Reid Shilling & acclaimed Chef Sebastian Quiroga (of Ali Pacha) collaborate on a 4 course menu celebrating Bolivian culture. Vegetarian-friendly. Wine Pairing Available.

This Thursday we welcome Chef Sebastian Quiroga into our kitchen, where he and Reid Shilling will collaborate on a four course menu paying homage to Bolivian cuisine. Each chef will create a course inspired by traditional Bolivian cuisine with locally sourced ingredients.  A portion of proceeds will benefit Cuentas Tu, an organization helping to secure and distribute in Bolivia much-needed medical supplies in response to COVID-19.

Can't make it Thursday? We'll be offering our $55 three-course menu Wednesday and Friday - Sunday. We offer seating in our Culinary Garden or indoors; reservations may be made through Resy. This three course menu as well as a la carte options are available to-go. Please note the a la carte takeout menu is not available for dine-in.
