At Shilling Canning Company we are proud to have a Registered Dietitian as part of our restaurant family. Sara Quinteros-Shilling, Partner / Director of Business Development, holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and is intimately familiar with our menu. If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies please let your server know – Sara is always thrilled to assist our guests with recommendations and help the kitchen with modifications based on specific diners’ needs.

 We offer seating in our Culinary Garden or indoors for our $55 3 course menu Wednesday - Sunday. Reservations may be made through Resy. In addition to dinner, we are also hosting a three-course brunch from 11am-2pm every Sunday. The menu changes weekly and uses ingredients from local partner farms, fishermen, and producers from within the Chesapeake region.

Looking for something more casual? Stop by at The Outpost, our sidewalk cafe offering a la carte options, lighter fare and cocktails. The three course menu as well as a la carte options are all available to-go. View our menus and order take out here.
