Sara Quinteros-Shilling, Partner / Director of Business Development, holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and is intimately familiar with our menu. If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies please let your server know – Sara is always thrilled to assist our guests with recommendations and help the kitchen with modifications based on specific diners’ needs.

We have shifted our operations model from dine-in to take-out and are committed to serving our community as long as we can. In addition to our staff and business, ordering from us significantly impacts the many local producers that we source from. Shilling Canning Company has always prided itself on its commitment to seasonality, to produce that is sourced locally, and to a staff that works like a family.
