At Shilling Canning Company we are proud to have a Registered Dietitian as part of our restaurant family. Sara Quinteros-Shilling, Partner / Director of Business Development, holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and is intimately familiar with our menu. If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies please let your server know – Sara is always thrilled to assist our guests with recommendations and help the kitchen with modifications based on specific diners’ needs.

SHILLING CANNING COMPANY IS OPEN!

We are thrilled to re-open the doors to Shilling Canning Company!

A $55 three-course dinner experience is available exclusively for dine-in guests Wednesday through Sunday. The menu changes weekly and uses ingredients from local partner farms, fishermen, and producers from within the Chesapeake region. We offer seating in our Culinary Garden or indoors; reservations may be made through Resy. In addition to dinner, we are also hosting a three-course brunch from 11am-2pm every Sunday.

A special takeout menu is still available with new items added weekly. Please note the takeout menu is not available for dine-in and the three-course dinner menu is not available for takeout. On Sundays we offer the 3-course brunch for takeout. View our menus here.

We are taking many precautions beyond what is recommended to protect the health and safety of our guests.
